On the cocktail menu, there are both regular drinks and drinks that change with the seasons. One example is the Blind Swine, with Angostura bitters, steaming hickory bacon bourbon, rye, and salted maple syrup.
As for the food, the menu is always changing, so something new is constantly to tempt the customers’ taste buds. Although the menu changes, there are always small, shareable, main, and side dishes.
Sweetwater also has a variety of special events. Some of these are great, like Whiskey Tastings and Cocktail Pairings.
We arrived for dinner and got the Big Ass Steak with Mac and cheese. It was just right, as it was medium rare. We were too full that we had no space for dessert.

It has a cool eclectic vibe and is a great restaurant if you want to escape the heat and sit indoors.

There are two menus at Sushi Simon. The big one has far better variations of sushi you can find across Florida, while the small one is where you can find the house specialty.

We came for lunch and sat in the bar area, our favorite part of the restaurant. The food was terrific, and the service was just as good.
We requested the Crispy Fried Shrimp, which is a new menu item. The platter has eight jumbo shrimp and fries. We suggest replacing it with a side Caesar salad, which is worth the minor upcharge.
After satisfying your cravings, don’t forget to sip some of their specialty cocktails!
Overall, the service, food, and drinks at Bonefish Grill are all fantastic. The price is also reasonable for what you can enjoy, which is a plus.
