721 E Gregory St, Pensacola, FL | American, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options | $11 – $30 | Monday to Sunday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Another Broken Egg Cafe
facebook.com

Another Broken Egg Cafe started in 1996 in Old Mandeville, Louisiana, and now has many locations in many states. Each place can make you feel at home while you eat, which is apparent in this Pensacola restaurant.

The impressively long menu at Another Broken Egg has a lot of Louisiana-style food and, more generally, Southern classics. One of the best things about eating here is that you can splurge a little, loosen your belt, or be more careful and choose from various nutritious dishes.

Moreover, there are a lot of tried-and-true breakfast and brunch dishes, both in their original form and with creative twists.

Some of our favorite dishes are the pancakes, which range from house versions of buttermilk pancakes to more unique ones like bananas foster, peach cobbler, and lemon blueberry goat-cheese pancakes.

Meanwhile, All Broken Egg Cafe’s “Sensible Selections” are best for health-conscious eaters. It includes a veggie omelet, salmon avocado toast, and a Granola, Fruit, and Quinoa Power Bowl that can match any of the restaurant’s more decadent, greasier dishes.

All Broken Egg Cafe doesn’t just serve breakfast and brunch, though. They also have more straightforward lunch options, like burgers, sandwiches like the Turkey Mozzarella Panini, and salads like the Chicken, Mango, and Spinach Salad.

The cafe serves coffee, tea, juices, and brunch cocktails like Bloody Marys and mimosas to wash down all this food.

In the middle of Pensacola, Florida, you can find Bonelli’s Café Italia, a cozy Italian restaurant run by a family and ready to serve you.

You’ll feel like a valued family member when you walk in the door. A comfortable place to sit and a friendly greeting set the mood for a delightful meal. And you can be sure that the excellent service will last for the whole meal.

As you wait for your meals to be made from scratch, you can even get a visit from the owner!

On their menu, you’ll find page after page of dishes made with family recipes passed down for generations. Many are even named after the people who made them, so you can see where they come from.

Whether you want a classic dish like chicken parmesan or a little lighter, this restaurant has everything.

But we recommend starting with Sali’s Saucy Shrimp so you can taste your favorite tastes in every bite. Then you can choose the “I Know It Was You Alfredo,” which has Grandpa Giuseppe’s classic alfredo sauce with pork and several top-secret ingredients.

They give you a lot of each dish, making you want to return each time.

Further, you can order wine from their extensive list to round out your meal. If you can’t decide on a bottle of wine, you can try different kinds by asking for samples. Once you choose which option is best, you can order by the glass or bottle.

23. Restaurant Iron

22 N Palafox St, Pensacola, FL | American, Cajun & Creole, Vegetarian Friendly | $31 – $50 | Monday to Thursday 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 4:30 pm – 10:00 pm, Sunday 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Restaurant Iron
restaurantiron.com

Restaurant IRON is a sure bet for people who want to eat somewhere lovely but still want to eat the flavors they know and love.

This restaurant is very fancy, but it has all the class and charm of a Southern restaurant. It shows in the food and how people treat each other here.

When it opened in 2012, Restaurant IRON was in a local golf club and only served lunch. The restaurant moved to its present location in the downtown district in 2014.

It became popular because all the food is made from scratch and tastes excellent. Since then, people who want to eat at the restaurant have had to make reservations.

Furthermore, the restaurant’s food has won several awards and has been named one of the country’s Top 100 “Fit for Foodies” locations by OpenTable.

All of the good feelings come from a menu that is elegant and sophisticated but also has a natural Southern charm to it.

On the menu, local peaches and mozzarella are mixed with a little tad of country ham to emphasize the Southern flavor. There are also dishes like white Peking duck and foie with sweet pea risotto on the menu.

However, our go-to here is fresh seafood. Even though the menu changes, we recommend the gulf catch of the day, craft-raised salmon, and sunburst trout.

Besides that, the restaurant also has an extensive vegetarian menu with anything but boring choices. At the same time, steak lovers will find the prime ribeye here excellent.

22. Leisure Club Coffee & Brunch Bar

1151 Office Woods Dr. Suite A, Pensacola, FL | Dessert, American, Cafe | $11 – $30 | Monday to Sunday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Leisure Club Coffee & Brunch Bar
ubereats.com

Next up is a fantastic coffee and brunch place.

When the owners of the Leisure Club Coffee Bar & Restaurant opened it, they wanted to make it a truly iconic place with brand-new food ideas. With that, instead of just brewing beans, they go out of their way to find the best kinds from family-owned farms worldwide.

They have batches of beans roasted once a week, so the beans are constantly at their freshest. The roasting process starts every Monday and continues until the beans are perfect. Then, they are shipped to the store by Thursday, giving everyone the best taste possible.

So, when you come in for a cup of coffee, you can be sure that a significant amount of time and effort went into making the best fair-trade coffee possible.

Even though coffee is the most important thing they do, the meals on their brunch menu are made, cooked, and served with the same care.

There are two full pages of delicious dishes, including parfaits, waffles, sandwiches, and salads. There are even a few vegan sandwiches if you would rather not eat meat.

Make sure to try the Crab Cakes when you go here. With only the best claw meat, every bite will be a pleasure.

Also, try their French Brie Press for a hot sandwich you won’t forget. This tasty mixture begins with a French baguette from Craft Bakery. Then they spread on fig preserves, add smoked bacon and brie, and put the whole thing in a hot press.

21. Peg Leg Pete’s

1010 Fort Pickens Rd, Pensacola Beach, FL | American, Bar, Seafood | $11 – $30 | Monday to Thursday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am – 10:30 pm, Sunday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Peg Leg Pete's
google.com

At Peg Leg, you can hang out at the lengthy bar, observe the busy oyster shuckers, or watch people and listen to the waves. And even though the pirate theme is a bit cheesy, it enhances the atmosphere, and a picture with it is a good souvenir!

We advise you to come hungry when you want to dine at Peg Leg Pete’s to enjoy everything it offers. Also, visiting with a group is even better because it’s more fun and because sharing is the best way to try many different things on the menu.

Though the restaurant is in a two-story building with seating inside and out, it can get crowded, so expect to wait. But it pays off!

Peg Leg serves Cajun dishes, gumbo, chicken, pasta, and high-quality salads, but you can also come for the oysters, which are available in a dozen different ways.

If you don’t like oysters, there are many other things to try, like Maine lobster and cold-water snow crab. Add a chunk of Key lime or peanut butter pie to your dish, and you will be satisfied!

Meanwhile, most pub food tastes better with a drink, and no matter what you’re drinking, the servers in this restaurant will maintain your glasses full.

Peg Leg Pete’s has iced tea, soft drinks, and coffee, but we recommend the Shipwreck. It’s full of rum and fruity.

We noticed we were ordering too much when we went there recently, but it’s hard to stop! This is definitely one of our new favorite restaurants in Pensacola Florida.

pinterest.com

You can enjoy a cozy and casual meal at Carmen’s Lunch Bar. And, depending on when you go, you can choose from various meal specials or tapas for dinner.

Carmen’s Lunch Bar is in the downtown area of Pensacola, which is convenient. It’s cute but can get crowded sometimes, especially during lunchtime.

You should look elsewhere if you need much space to relish your meal. On the other hand, the restaurant’s small size is one of its best features because it makes it feel more like a community and makes it easier to talk to people.

Meanwhile, flavorful food is a big deal at Carmen’s, which serves a wide range of international flavors. There are a lot of Spanish recipes, but there are also Moroccan, Mexican, and Thai dishes.

The menu has a lot of different options, so it’s good for both adventurous and picky eaters, as well as people with other food restrictions.

You will be happy to see a vegan curry dish and several meat-free appetizers on the main menu if you are a vegetarian or vegan. There are also gluten-free versions of some of the meals. Carmen’s sliders usually served on a bun, are also available on yellow rice.

Don’t forget to order a drink to go with your meal. Carmen’s has a lot of exciting drinks, like a sparkling wine drink with cranberry and orange juice and a refreshing iced tea with lemonade added to it.

Aside from that, you’ll find a wide range of domestic, craft, and imported beers, along with many hard ciders. This is definitely one of our new favorite restaurants in Pensacola Florida for beer!

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: McGuire's Irish Pub
google.com

McGuire’s Irish Pub opened in 1977 and moved to its location in the iconic Pensacola firehouse in 1982. It has a loyal following of regulars, including people from out of town who make it a point to visit when they are in the area.

This restaurant is open daily for lunch, dinner, and “Night Owl” until the early morning. It also serves a famous Sunday brunch and regularly has live music and other amusement.

Before discussing the food, let’s talk about the drinks, which, as you might expect, flow like water at McGuire’s. The place serves its beer, and McGuire’s Craft Brewery is the oldest in Florida.

There is also the Sweet Molly McGuire Wine Cellar, featuring 8,000 bottles, and it has won many Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence. Of course, you wouldn’t expect to find such a good wine list in any old Irish pub.

Conversely, this place serves many other classic Irish dishes, like Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Authentic Irish Lamb Stew.

But the pub is also recognized for its hickory-grilled steaks, a wide range of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and excellent soups. There are also many seafood and pasta dishes, like Shrimp Scampi Alfredo and Wood Fired Chicken & Wild Mushroom Pasta.

For dessert, McGuire’s serves up some of the best treats. Our favorites include the Lucky Chocolate à la Mode and Homemade Bread Pudding featuring Bushmills Irish Whiskey Sauce.

This restaurant has much more to offer, but the portions are significant. So, depending on your hunger, you may leave here with food left over.

thegrandmarlin.com

Our next place on this list has a mix of formal and casual decor, serving meals prepared expertly.

The Grand Marlin is the place to be to experience a wonderful dinner. But it is also open for brunch on Sunday mornings.

When you walk into The Grand Marlin’s main dining room, the first thing you’ll notice is not the room itself but the beautiful view of the crystal clear waters of Santa Rosa Sound through the windows.

So, if you want to eat by the illumination of the setting sun, be sure to ask for a window seat when you make a reservation.

Also, don’t worry too much about what to wear. The Grand Marlin is that spot on the beach where you can walk in wearing sandals or shorts and not feel out of place, but you won’t feel out of place if you decide to dress up for a date night.

The Grand Marlin has a full bar called the North Drop Bar. You can get drinks like Mandarin Mango Mojitos, Blue Marlin Martinis, and North Drop Ales, the bar’s signature drinks.

There are also classic craft cocktails, and wine lovers will be delighted to learn that The Grand Marlin has a lengthy wine list with over 80 bottles.

As for the food, The Grand Marlin’s menu changes daily to reflect the kinds of fresh fish currently available. Our favorites include freshly made salads like field greens, kale, and ripe pears and classic desserts like Key Lime Pie and Pineapple Butter Cake.

27 Palafox Pl, Pensacola, FL | American, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options | $31 – $60 | Tuesday to Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Global Grill
google.com

Looking for international restaurants in Pensacola Florida? Next up is Global Grill. It brings together the best local and international food with a menu that changes often and has a wide range of tapas and main dishes.

Self-proclaimed foodies in Pensacola love the Global Grill because it has a wide range of delicious dishes with exciting flavors.

It has a long list of cold and hot tapas for people who don’t want to eat a lot. But if you’re hungry, you should stick with the main dishes. The dinner menu constantly changes, so watch for fresh and exciting dishes.

Also, there are a lot of specialty drinks and an endless number of classic cocktails. You can ask for something different from the menu or your regular favorite. Your food will also taste delicious with one of the many bottled beers available at the restaurant.

In addition, the atmosphere is a big part of Global Grill’s overall appeal. There’s no denying that the restaurant is classy, yet it never feels stuffy. The decor is beautiful, and you should watch for the colorful artwork that changes occasionally.

On top of that, as the dishes appear, they add to this visual show. They look so pretty that you almost don’t want to eat them. Among our recommendations in line with it are the delicious Strong Global Cheeses, the Applewood Bacon Wrapped Warm Water Lobster Tail, and the Lobster Wontons.

Even better, the staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes the service can be slow. But it’s not something you should rush through, as you’ll thoroughly enjoy the ambiance!

16. The Fish House

600 S Barracks St, Pensacola, FL | American, Seafood, Sushi | $11 – $30 | Monday to Thursday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: The Fish House
vrconcierge.com

Looking for high-quality seafood restaurants in Pensacola Florida? The Fish House, a well-known and popular restaurant serving high-quality food casually, is next on this list.

The menu has many options, but the price levels aren’t cheap. Still, you’ll have to wait for a table at this restaurant.

This downtown Pensacola landmark is so famous for a reason. Southern Living magazine, Fodor’s travel guide, and food series like Emeril’s Florida, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, and American Pickers have featured the Fish House because of its exceptional rice.

But the Fish House is so much more than its signature grits dish. Its Southern food and fresh seafood are also unrivaled. And because this restaurant on the water is a local and tourist favorite, you won’t be able to stroll in and get a table right away.

Just go to the Deck Bar, which looks out over Pensacola Bay, and drink a cold glass of Peach Tea with a shot of liquor in it while you wait.

When it comes to food, the menu has a lot of different options, particularly seafood. But you can also get burgers, sandwiches, salads, steaks, sushi, and many more.

There is also a variety of traditional sushi and sashimi available. And if you’re fortunate enough to be in Pensacola on a Sunday, stop by for brunch. You should try the Eggs Sardou and unlimited mimosas.

For us, though, the World Famous Grits a Ya Ya, Jack Daniels Chicken Salad, and Crabbed-Stuff Mahi Mahi are the best things about this place.

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Dharma Blue
facebook.com

Do you want to try delicious food in a brimming atmosphere? This next place is where you should go!

The unique chic-but-low-key vibe of Dharma Blue makes it an excellent place for a date night. But it still has a family-friendly feel that doesn’t turn away families with kids.

As soon as you walk in, it’s full of charm and local flavor, and the venue, a renovated Victorian residence with old-world charm with a lot of seating, is full of laughter and conversation.

More so, the place has a relaxed, cozy vibe and a lot of seating. It also has a lot of cozy nooks and corners that are with local folk art. You will feel welcome at Dharma Blue whether you go there for lunch or with a big group for dinner.

The menu has something for everyone, from vegetarians to people who don’t like seafood to kids with the pickiest tastes. Everything is fresh and available quickly, with a smile. It is a big step up from many other cafes in the area.

Among others, you should try the Caramelized Pear Salad, the restaurant’s signature dish. This salad has walnuts, goat cheese, and a poppyseed dressing that is just a little bit sweet.

The Blackened Catch of the Day is even better. It comes with the fish of the day, lemon beurre blanc, basmati rice, and the day’s vegetable.

There is also a small wine and drink menu and a few mouth-watering desserts, like their famous Florida key lime pie, which you must try.

14. Union Public House

309 S Reus St, Pensacola, FL | American, Gastropub, Pub | $11 – $30 | Monday to Thursday 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Union Public House
facebook.com

At Pensacola’s Union Public House, some of your favorite southern dishes reach a new level with quality ingredients and unexpected spins.

At this cozy restaurant, contemporary and rustic styles come together to create a warm atmosphere. The decor and furniture are not as fancy as you might think based on the restaurant’s menu, so if you’re looking for a fancy date night spot, you might want to look elsewhere.

If, on the other hand, good food is more important to you than fancy decor, you’ll feel at ease in this friendly place.

Here, many strange ingredients make each meal a real adventure for the taste buds. Even though meat is the most common thing on the menu, vegetarians can still find a lot to eat.

The Sloppy Joe is one of the things you have to get here. It’s not your typical sloppy Joe because it’s with wild boar instead of ground beef. It also has fried sage, crispy onions, pickled jalapenos, and red peppers to add texture and flavor.

More so, the Fried Oysters and Shrimp Salad is another excellent choice. This delicious salad has oysters, and shrimp fried in cornmeal and served with corn relish, baby lettuce, and pickled peaches. Everything goes together with buttermilk ranch dressing.

Besides that, don’t overlook ordering a cocktail to accompany your meal.

Union Public House’s options are made with care and are surprisingly cheap. Whether your favorite cocktail has gin, tequila, or bourbon, you’ll find something on the drink menu that sounds good.

To top it off, the service here is quick and done in a friendly way.

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: The Melting Pot
meltingpot.com

Ready to try something new when it comes to restaurants in Pensacola Beach? You’ll love how different The Melting Pot feels!

If you’ve never been to The Melting Pot, you might feel overwhelmed when you go to the Pensacola Beach location for the first time. Thank goodness, there are helpful people on hand to help you each step of the way.

Whether you have a single bowlful of fondue or a four-course meal is a big part of how you feel about it. Most people go all out and load up on four courses: salad, cheese fondue, entree, and dessert fondue.

So, if you want to try all four courses, you should come with an empty belly. The main course can be very filling on its own.

Pick the gluten-free Bacon & Bleu Spinach Salad, which will remind you how fun it is to eat your vegetables. Also, opt for the New Orleans Cheddar Fondue. It is a delicious blend of your favorite cheeses: lager beer, aged cheddar, and Emmental.

This restaurant also has a delicious brunch with three courses and a wide range of drinks, including a very popular bottomless mimosa.

Regardless of when you go, giving yourself enough time to eat is best. It’s not unusual for a visit to the Melting Pot to last more than two hours. Don’t stop by if you’re in a hurry because your impatience will ruin a relaxing time.

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Shaggy's Harbor Bar & Grill

Shaggy’s Harbor Bar & Grill in Pensacola is a classic beach bar that will make you feel better and smile, even if it’s a cloudy day.

There’s no pretense here. It’s a casual place with a fun, quirky, colorful interior, an oversized deck, and a great view.

This restaurant is also a great place to meet up with old friends or make new ones, try new tropical dishes or stick to old favorites, eat a big meal, or get a quick treat and a tall cool one.

Plus, everyone who works here will do their part to ensure you feel “at home” with the beachy, waterside setting. It’s true!

You can get a lot of different kinds of food, from tasty appetizers and finger foods to freshly caught fish. There are also many kinds of beer, wine, and cocktails. You won’t leave unhappy, and you’ll want to return often.

The oysters are one of the things we like best about this place. Fresh and bare, Shaggy’s oysters are the closest thing we’ve found to perfection. Even if oysters aren’t your thing, there are numerous other things to choose from.

The best alternative is fried green tomatoes. You won’t go wrong if you order them at Shaggy’s. This Southern treat can quickly become an addiction. They are tasty and come with a slightly sour sauce. They also don’t make you feel too full, allowing you to order a main course.

Lastly, this restaurant is right by the water, which is a fantastic bonus!

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Jackson's Steakhouse
facebook.com

Looking for the best steakhouses in Pensacola Florida? Jackson’s Steakhouse is an elegant, classy restaurant right in Pensacola. It’s the place to go when you want to eat a good meal.

This restaurant is beautiful inside and out, and you can eat outside most of the year. Also, it’s known for having great steaks and chicken, but the place has a lot more to offer, even for vegetarians and people who need gluten-free food.

Apart from that, this classy restaurant is quiet and dimly lit in the evening, which makes it an excellent place for a romantic dinner. The staff is also friendly and knows a lot not only about the food but also regarding the wines.

Moreover, there are special events here every week and at different times of the year, so there is always something fun to do here.

The experience, though, comes from the menu. Jackson’s Steakhouse is not for people who are easily scared or who don’t like to eat a lot. There are a lot of steaks and chops to choose from, like New York strips, bison rib eyes, and a lightly seared Delmonico.

The menu also has a variety of deep-dish sides that are great for anyone who likes Southern food. That includes roasted Brussels sprouts, smoky bacon, and savory corn pudding. Then, you can finish your meal with a strong dessert drink or a sweet treat.

There are many things to love about Jackson’s Steakhouse’s style. It’s where you can chat quietly with someone you care about or rejoice in an anniversary! It’s definitely one of our favorite upscale restaurants in Pensacola Florida right now.

10. Water Pig BBQ

5 Via De Luna Dr. K, Pensacola Beach, FL | American, Bar, Barbecue | $11 – $30 | Monday to Thursday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Water Pig BBQ
ubereats.com

You might think that the only thing that goes with a view of the beach on the Emerald Coast is a plate of seafood. Well, you’re mistaken. Nothing against the day’s fresh catch or fried shrimp, but Water Pig BBQ shows that slow-smoked cuts of meat can hit the spot just as well in the sea breeze.

When it opened in 2020, Water Pig BBQ became a great addition to the food scene on Pensacola Beach. That is true based on the food quality, but the place also gets high marks for its looks and feels.

Water Pig BBQ is an open-air restaurant on the beach with a big deck, a lively bar, easy access to the famous sugar sand, and great views of Santa Rosa Sound.

But, the best thing about this restaurant is the food, most of which comes from the two-ton smoker at the establishment’s center. It is because the restaurant’s only goal is to make the best Sunshine State barbecue.

Some of our most popular meats are servings of beef brisket, pulled pork, and turkey, as well as half-rack or full-rack St. Louis-style BBQ ribs. We’re talking about smoked, fall-apart-goodness.

However, there is much more good food on the menu than meat. The grilled romaine, Florida watermelon, feta salads, and homerun sides are just a few examples.

On the other hand, mixology focusing on food is also a big part of the Water Pig’s style. The mixed drinks and different beers in cans are all worth trying.

The George Bistro + Bar is the next stop. It is a classy place that is great for anything from a lovely meal to a place to go every weekend for brunch.

The restaurant serves a wide range of high-quality food with fresh ingredients, most of which come from nearby. There is also a full cocktail menu and a unique coffee menu, which is excellent for people who want to try something new.

Plus, there are many different kinds of food, which speaks for itself. The seafood, such as the “catch of the day,” is always fresh, which lets the fish’s natural flavors shine through. The meals are not excessively spiced. Instead, they carry out the natural flavors of the food.

Aside from exceptional dishes, like Joyce Farm Poulet Rogue Roasted Chicken and Grilled Lamb Chops, George Bistro + Bar also has simpler dishes, like burgers and salads, for those who want a straightforward menu.

We recommend those because each meal is full of flavor and look beautiful.

What’s best, the service and staff are reassuring and often give you advice or information about anything. They can help you pair almost any dish with any drink or wine available.

The George Bistro + Bar is in the middle of Gaslight Square, close to College Heights. It’s easy for people coming from far away to get there.

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Hub Stacey's
tripadvisor.com

Hub Stacey’s is a well-known place in Pensacola, and the location at The Point is known for its large patio and calm atmosphere. To see everything that Hub Stacey offers, though, you’ll need to go to the downtown location.

Live music by bands is available at this place, which adds to the atmosphere. Even though this makes a trip to Hub Stacey’s more interesting, the site is always excellent.

The service is one of the best things about this location. You can feel at home and liked by the servers, and regardless of what you order, it can immediately level up any visit.

Regarding the food, most of Hub Stacey’s menu comprises salads, soups, sandwiches, and burgers. There are also a few appetizers, like mozzarella sticks and wings, which are common bar foods.

All of those taste great with one of the restaurant’s many beers. There is also a small selection of wines and a few cocktails that are worth trying.

“The Chase” is among our go-to dishes here. This simple and tasty sandwich is available on a toasted sesame seed bun. It arrives with grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce, and provolone cheese.

Meanwhile, the Baylen is perfect for vegetarians. This tasty sandwich has cucumbers, onions, sprouts, tomatoes, and your favorite cheese.

Overall, Hub Stacey’s is a great place to eat. You’ll love the service, the food, and the great live music if you go at the right time.

Although seafood is the most popular food in Pensacola, there are also many other options. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can check out the city’s international restaurants, which bring a wide range of tasty tastes to the Emerald Coast.

Taste of India is a restaurant in the middle of Pensacola that serves delicious food worldwide. The restaurant’s tasty dishes come with ingredients, recipes, and cooking methods from different parts of India. The goal is to show people a whole new world of tastes.

In this restaurant, you will access numerous options. The Peshawari naan and tandoori chicken are must-tries, along with the coconut curry.

Apart from that, vegans and vegetarians love the Taste of India because it doesn’t just have one dish for them to eat. Instead, it has a large section of its menu dedicated to words with no animal products.

What’s more, there is a small children’s menu with chicken nuggets or fries for picky eaters and a tiny slice of chicken tikka masala for those willing to try something different. Most young people like the variety of bread at the restaurant, particularly the garlic, butter, and cheese garlic naan.

Don’t just stick to the food. Taste of India’s signature drinks are also worth a try. The top favorite is the lassi, a yogurt-based drink, along with chai and sweet tea.

Even though the food is excellent, the Taste of India experience wouldn’t be complete without a friendly environment. The whole dining experience is made better by lovely decorations and place settings.

No matter what season of the year it is, sometimes there’s nothing nicer than a serving of comfort food made from Old World recipes that have been there for hundreds of years. Sometimes you want a fresh take on an old favorite, and this next spot is perfect for that.

Southern food is with Italian classics at Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano, which is suitable for the customers. The food here ranges from traditional to experimental, and the flavors will stay with you long after you depart.

Also, this restaurant is a Great Southern Restaurant Group member, so every bite is filled with Southern cooking. Although this restaurant wouldn’t describe its cuisine as fusion, some Southern cooking techniques exist in the quintessential Italian dishes.

We recommend the Devil Went Down pizza with black garlic honey, salami, mozzarella, and Calabrian chili as the “kicker.” It has a lot of flavors and will make you happy every time you eat it.

Then you can opt for the Four the Win. This dish is a treat if you love cheese as it is with a four-cheese blend. With mozzarella, Parmesan, gorgonzola, and fontina, you can be in a different mood after savoring this classic.

Other than that, you can get vegetable dishes filled with seafood from the Gulf or a skillet of meatballs to eat with fresh garlic bread.

And if you want to find a wine to go with your favorite dishes, you can talk to the Wine Director at Angelena’s to learn more about the grapes that grow in Italy’s famous wine regions.

Just learning about the history of the Five Sisters Blues Cafe in Pensacola is worth going there. When you add the fantastic Southern food, friendly staff, and lively atmosphere, the restaurant is becoming a must-do when you’re in Pensacola.

Five Sisters Blues Cafe focuses on good food, great tunes, and warm vibes. This popular restaurant in Pensacola serves hearty and refined Southern food, along with a lot of local culture and history.

In fact, the site is so crucial that a Mississippi Blues Trail sign, which recognizes locations around the state that have contributed to its blues music tradition, is just outside the front door.

The dining at Five Sisters is as impressive as its history. The menu offers meals with Creole and Caribbean characteristics in addition to the warm, comforting fare that Southern cooking is known for.

The Sisters’ Sampler is among our favorites here. This hearty appetizer starts the dinner with crispy green tomatoes, miniature crabcakes, and shrimp coated in Andouille sausage.

Another upside is Aunt Sara’s Southern Fried Chicken. This big serving of golden-brown fried chicken is the crispiest, juiciest, and most delicious chicken ever.

You can choose a Southern side dish from a long list for every meal. Our favorites include cheese grits, green beans, pineapple coleslaw, and black-eyed peas.

In addition to its extensive menu, Five Sisters has a blackboard with the day’s specials. But if you are having trouble deciding, the waiters and waitresses at Five Sisters are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you find something you’ll love.

Nick’s Boathouse is the perfect place for boaters to eat. Stop here before you depart the dock, when you return to the pier, or even if you’re not going out on a boat. You can get a tasty meal here from the water you’re looking out over!

This beachside restaurant serves freshly-caught seafood. In short, it’s the best place to eat for people who love boats and the water.

Yes, seafood is on all menus, with recipes like Local Grouper, Mahi & Crawfish Etouffee, and Seafood-Stuffed Shrimp attracting customers.

Most fish and shellfish come straight from Pensacola Bay or the Gulf of Mexico, but a few items come farther away. For example, while Alaska Snow Crab is not native to the region, it pairs nicely with Gulf shrimp.

Seafood in this place is available in many different ways. There are numerous grilled, fried, and other seafood options, no matter when you go. If you like spicing your meal, the restaurant’s hallmark is a delectable Cajun-style flavoring.

Meanwhile, lubbers who don’t like their food to have fins can order a few things that aren’t seafood. Lunch is mostly chicken cuisine and a salad, while dinner is mostly the same, plus a steak dish.

For drinks, they have a wide range of options, such as soft drinks, iced tea, beer, and wine. There are also bloody marys, sangria, and champagnes available.

2. Bonsai

12 Via De Luna Dr, Pensacola Beach, FL | Japanese, Seafood, Sushi | $11 – $30 | Wednesday to Saturday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

The best restaurants in Pensacola Florida: Bonsai
opentable.com

Bonsai is Pensacola Beach’s best-kept secret for fine dining. Here, you can enjoy high-end sushi and Asian fusion food at a restaurant with excellent service, great food, and incredible views.

When you go to Bonsai, you feel like you’re in a private club. The restaurant is on the upper floor of the Hilton Pensacola Beach. And from this part of the restaurant, you can beautifully see the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, the open kitchen lets you see how hard the chefs work to make the homemade food you’ll enjoy.

Note that at Bonsai, it’s essential that all of the dishes are authentic and of high quality. You won’t find California rolls or other American foods. Instead, you’ll find high-quality nigiri, maki, sashimi, and ramen made with care and let the ingredients’ natural flavors shine.

Because the freshest seafood isn’t always available, there can be minor changes to the menu. Yet, the quality won’t change and disappoint you.

Among the best things here is the Florida citrus roll. It has a bright lemon flavor that goes well with the snapper, salmon, hiramasa, avocado, and salmon roe. Try this citrusy as it will become well-balanced, which is fantastic for an appetizer or a multicourse meal.

Speaking of multicourse meals, the Omakase is a six-course meal you can enjoy. But instead of choosing from the menu yourself, you let the chef choose for you.

You can get A5 wagyu beef with Himalayan salt, Korobuta pork belly, and Florida citrus maki in this dining course. There is also hickory-smoked nigiri tuna and matcha ice cream.
